my sister and i enjoyed a wonderful four-night stay. amro upgraded us to a three-bedroom sea view suite upon check-in, and the views from the 27th floor were amazing. we watched the new year's eve fireworks from our room, we saw al ain wheel, atlantis the palm, atlantis the royal, and burj al arab. the suite included five toilets, four bathrooms, three bedrooms, a dining room, a living area, and a kitchen.
i paid for breakfast, but a lack of information meant my family and i couldn't enjoy it.

Breakfast had a great selection, and chef suleiman made excellent omelets, waffles, and pancakes. kazaa placed cute, tiny macarons, my little girl loved them. we ordered in-room dining for our new year's eve meal. It was a perfect experience.

amro was helpful answering questions about local places. room service cleaned and restocked supplies every morning. the valet team, the reception staff, and the f&b team were attentive. generally, the team offers perfect service.

the hotel is very near the tram, it goes to the marina, the marina mall, and jbr. this makes it very convenient for transportation. the location features a lot of nearby amenities, and there is no traffic.

The staff was very attentive. It was acceptable.
the balcony doors were not maintained well, so heat passed through. i could see water from temperature changes. the fridge did not cool well and spoiled my salad and juice.
